Denise is the founder of OneMind Therapy and Wellness.
She is a licensed Clinical Social Worker providing attuned and compassionate therapy. Having practiced for over 28 years, Denise has had the honor of joining people on their journey towards healing. She will work with you in making mindful and healthy adjustments in order for you to gain a better understanding of yourself in order to move towards health.
Denise provides Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy (Level 3), EMDR Therapy as an EMDRIA Approved Clinician and Approved Consultant, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2). Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of the neurobiological impact of early life trauma and is informed by attachment theory and the theory of structural dissociation
